Menopause -- A reality, accept it and move ahead...

A woman's body is different and unique in terms of morphology, physiology, and biology. There are certain specific biological maturation stages from Pre-pubertal to Post menopausal phases which characterize the life of a woman leading to her sexual maturation. These stages cause a lot of anxiety, apprehensions and curiosities in her. But, most anxiety provoking, heartbreaking, distressing and agonizing is Peri menopausal / post menopausal stage as it indicates the end of reproducing capacity which defines the womanhood, gives her psychological satisfaction of being mother and wife. S omehow, menstruation is also wrongly linked with sexual capability and satisfaction, which is a myth.
